1.1Registration for Future Olympians events is open to children aged 6 months to 16 years.

1.2All registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

1.3Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Future Olympians.

1.4Future Olympians reserves the right to modify event schedules, locations, or activities as necessary.

2.1Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs of participating children during registration.

2.2Future Olympians staff will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all participants, but parents/guardians remain responsible for their children's well-being.

2.3In case of emergency, Future Olympians staff may seek medical assistance for a child, and parents/guardians consent to such assistance by agreeing to these terms.

3.1Future Olympians may take photographs and videos during events for promotional purposes.

3.2By registering for an event, parents/guardians grant Future Olympians permission to use images and videos of their children for marketing and promotional materials.

3.3Parents/guardians who do not wish their children to be photographed must notify Future Olympians in writing prior to the event.

4.1All participants and attendees must behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers, and other participants.

4.2Future Olympians reserves the right to remove any participant or attendee who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

5.1Future Olympians collects personal information for event registration and communication purposes.
