Terms and Conditions

1.1Registration for Future Olympians events is open to children aged 6 months to 18 years.

1.2All registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

1.3Future Olympians reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, or activities if required for safety or operational reasons.

2.1Once registration is completed, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2.2No refunds for participants who miss the event

2.3No refunds for weather-related changes unless the event is fully canceled.

2.4If Future Olympians cancels an event, full refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 7 days.

2.5In case of event rescheduling the registration will automatically be moved to the next available event .

3.1Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs of participating children during registration.

3.2Future Olympians will take reasonable precautions to ensure participant safety, but parents/guardians remain responsible for their children’s well-being.

3.3In case of an emergency, Future Olympians staff may seek medical assistance, and by agreeing to these terms, parents/guardians consent to such action.

4.1Future Olympians may capture photographs and videos during events for promotional and marketing purposes.

4.2By registering, parents/guardians grant permission to use such images or recordings in marketing, social media, or promotional material.

4.3Parents/guardians who do not wish their child to be photographed must inform Future Olympians in writing prior to the event.

5.1All participants and attendees must behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers, and other participants.

5.2Future Olympians reserves the right to deny or terminate participation for anyone engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

6.1Future Olympians may allow independent third-party vendors to set up food or merchandise stalls at event venues.

6.2These vendors operate independently and are solely responsible for obtaining any required FSSAI licenses, permits, or approvals for their sales.

6.3Future Olympians does not sell, handle, or receive payment for any food or products sold by these vendors.

6.4Any concerns or disputes related to food or products purchased from vendors must be directed to the respective vendor, not to Future Olympians.

7.1Future Olympians is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring during event participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

7.2Parents/guardians assume all risks associated with their child’s participation in Future Olympians events.

7.3As Future Olympians is an event organizer only, we have no liability for the actions, products, or services of any third-party vendor present at the event.

8.1Future Olympians does not sell or ship any physical goods or products.

8.2Shipping is not applicable to our services.

8.3We operate as an event organizer and book venues such as stadiums or auditoriums to conduct events. Separate NOC or trade permits are not applicable to our business model.

9.1Future Olympians reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

9.2Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
